The Export function allows you to generate professional logbook reports in multiple formats for compliance, record-keeping, and analysis.1. How to Export
- From the Flight Log page, click Export.
- The Export Flight Logs dialog will appear.
- Configure your export settings:
- Format – Choose the file format for your export:
- PDF – Professional logbook format, ready for official use.
- CSV – Raw spreadsheet data for custom analysis.
- JSON – Structured format for system integrations or data migration.
- Content Type – Select which type of report to generate:
- Flight Entries – Export individual logbook records.
- Total Report – Export summarized totals and statistics.
- Standard (for Flight Entries) – Choose the compliance format:
- EASA FCL.050 – European format.
- FAA – U.S. logbook standard.
- (More standards coming soon – please contact us if you’d like your format supported.)
- Time Frame – Select the period of data to include:
- All Time
- This Month
- Last Month
- Last 28 Days
- Last 90 Days
- Last 6 Months
- Last 12 Months
- Last 24 Months
- Custom Range
- Format – Choose the file format for your export:
- Click Export to download your file.
