Certificates: You can now set up to two reminders for expiring certificates. Notifications can be sent via email and/or SMS (if a phone number is set in your user settings). When creating a reminder, simply choose your preferred notification channels and how many days in advance you’d like to be reminded.
Decimal format support: Logbook entries now support decimal format, making it easier for our friends in Canada & the USA.
Backend imports: All new flight log imports are now processed in the backend. You’ll receive a notification once the import is complete, instead of waiting on the frontend screen.
Bulk delete: You can now delete multiple flight log entries at once.
New Calendar view: Browse your flight log in a clean, calendar-style layout.
UI enhancements: Major improvements across the flight log tabs, especially in the Analytics tab.
Importer icons: When importing flight logs, the corresponding airline or app icon is now displayed for each flight log entry.

Offline mode: Logbook features now work without internet—create new entries in-flight and they’ll sync automatically once online. Visit app.pilotflows.com/dashboard/user/logbook/pilot to see a banner with instructions to install the Pilotflows app on your home screen. This is a brand-new feature that requires testing, so always keep a backup of your flights. Available for iOS and Android.
