Skydive Dropzone

Overview

The Skydive Dropzone account type is designed for skydiving centers managing operations, jumpers, manifest, equipment, and training programs. Includes manifest management, jumper tracking, and operational tools.

Prerequisites

  • Valid email address (must be whitelisted during beta period)
  • Dropzone information
  • Equipment inventory (if available)
  • Staff information

Registration Process

Navigate to Registration

Go to the PilotFlows registration page at app.pilotflows.com/register.

Select Skydive Dropzone Account Type

Click on the Skydive Dropzone card.
You should see the description: “Dropzone operations and jumper management”

Fill in Account Details

Complete the registration form:
  • Email address
  • Password
  • Dropzone name
  • Dropzone type and certifications
  • Country/Region
  • Estimated number of jumpers per month
  • Number of aircraft

Accept Beta Agreement

Read and accept the Beta Participation Agreement.

Verify Your Email

Check your email and click the verification link.

Complete Dropzone Profile

Set up your dropzone profile:
  • Dropzone name and logo
  • Contact information
  • Location and facilities
  • Operating hours and seasons
  • Billing and subscription setup

Add Aircraft to Manifest System

Configure aircraft for manifest:
  • Add aircraft used for jumps
  • Set capacity and load configurations
  • Configure altitude and jump run settings

Set Up Equipment Inventory

Add rental and maintenance equipment:
  • Parachute systems (main and reserve)
  • Containers and harnesses
  • AADs and other safety equipment
  • Set up maintenance schedules
  • Configure rental tracking

First Actions

  1. Create Your First Manifest
    • Navigate to Manifest
    • Create a new load
    • Add jumpers to the manifest
    • Assign aircraft and altitude
    • Process the load
  2. Add Jumper to System
    • Navigate to Skydivers → Add Skydiver
    • Enter jumper information
    • Verify license and currency
    • Add to manifest system
  3. Set Up Waiver Management
    • Configure waiver templates
    • Set up digital waiver signing
    • Configure expiration tracking
    • Test waiver workflow
