Skydiver
Overview
The Skydiver account type is designed for individual skydivers who want to log jumps, manage gear, track training progress, and connect with the skydiving community.Prerequisites
- Valid email address (must be whitelisted during beta period)
- Basic information about your skydiving experience and licenses
Registration Process

Navigate to Registration
Go to the PilotFlows registration page at app.pilotflows.com/register.

Select Skydiver Account Type
Click on the Skydiver card to select this account type.
You should see the Skydiver icon and description: “Track jumps, manage gear, and plan skydiving activities”

Fill in Account Details
Complete the registration form with your information:
- Email address
- Password
- First and last name
- Skydiving experience level
- Country/Region
- Referral source (optional)

Accept Beta Agreement
Read and accept the Beta Participation Agreement.

Verify Your Email
Check your email inbox and click the verification link to activate your account.
After verification, you’ll be redirected to your skydiver dashboard.
Initial Setup

Complete Your Profile
Add your skydiving profile information:
- Profile photo
- Home dropzone
- License information
- Jump numbers and experience level

Add Your Gear
Go to the Gear section and add your equipment:
- Parachute systems (main and reserve)
- Container and harness
- AAD (Automatic Activation Device)
- Helmet and other equipment
- Maintenance schedules

Explore Your Dashboard
Review your skydiver dashboard:
- Recent jump log entries
- Gear maintenance reminders
- Training progress
- Community updates

First Actions

Create Your First Jump Log Entry
- Navigate to Jump Log → Logbook
- Click “Add Jump” or “New Entry”
- Enter jump details (date, altitude, aircraft, jump type, freefall time)
- Add notes and photos if desired

Import Existing Jump Log (Optional)
- Go to Jump Log → Import
- Upload your existing jump log file
- Review and confirm imported entries

Set Up Wingload Calculator
- Enter your weight and gear weight
- Calculate wingload for different canopy sizes
- Track your wingload history
