Airplane Club
Overview
The Airplane Club account type is designed for flight clubs, large fleet operators, and organizations managing multiple aircraft with multiple members. Includes advanced scheduling, member management, and operational tools.Prerequisites
- Valid email address (must be whitelisted during beta period)
- Organization information
- List of aircraft to be managed
- Member information (if available)
Registration Process

Navigate to Registration
Go to the PilotFlows registration page at app.pilotflows.com/register.

Select Airplane Club Account Type
Click on the Airplane Club / Large Fleet card.
You should see the description: “Fleet management and club member coordination”

Fill in Account Details
Complete the registration form with organization information:
- Email address
- Password
- Organization name
- Organization type (Club, Fleet Operator, etc.)
- Country/Region
- Estimated number of aircraft
- Estimated number of members

Accept Beta Agreement
Read and accept the Beta Participation Agreement.

Verify Your Email
Check your email and click the verification link.

Complete Organization Profile
Set up your organization:
- Organization name and logo
- Contact information
- Address and location
- Billing information
- Subscription plan selection

Add Aircraft to Fleet
Add all aircraft in your fleet:
- Import aircraft list (if available in spreadsheet format)
- Or add aircraft one by one
- Configure aircraft-specific settings
- Set up maintenance schedules for each

Configure Member Management
Set up member management:
- Define member roles (Admin, Member, Instructor, etc.)
- Configure role-based permissions
- Set up member invitation system
- Configure member approval workflow

Set Up Scheduling System
Configure the booking and scheduling system:
- Define booking rules and policies
- Set up availability calendars
- Configure advance booking limits

Invite Initial Members
Invite your first members:
- Send invitation emails
- Assign appropriate roles
- Provide access instructions
Members will receive invitations and can create their accounts linked to your organization.
