Navigate to Organization → Analytics from your dashboard sidebar.

Create New Dashboard
Click New Dashboard to start building a custom dashboard.

Arrange Layout
Drag widgets to arrange your dashboard layout. Resize widgets as needed.

Give your dashboard a name and save it. You can create multiple dashboards for different purposes.
