Settings

The Settings module allows you to configure all aspects of your organization. Manage your profile, billing, modules, API keys, branding, and various feature-specific settings.

Settings is where you customize your organization to match your needs. Configure everything from basic information to advanced integrations, billing, and module activation.

Access Settings

Navigate to OrganizationSettings from your dashboard sidebar.

Review Settings Sections

Settings are organized into sections:
  • General - Profile and basic settings
  • Accounting - Financial configuration

Configure Essential Settings

Start with the most important settings:
  1. Profile - Set organization name and logo
  2. Accounting - Configure currency and tax
  3. Modules - Activate needed add-ons
  4. Branding - Customize appearance

Profile Settings

Basic Information

Update Profile

Go to SettingsGeneral (or main Settings page).

Edit Organization Details

Update:
  • Organization Name - Your organization’s name
  • Description - Brief description of your organization
  • Type - Organization type (club, school, business, etc.)
  • Contact Information - Email, phone, address
  • Website - Organization website URL

Upload Logo

Add your organization logo:
  1. Click Upload Logo
  2. Select image file
  3. Crop/adjust as needed
  4. Save
Use a high-quality logo image. Recommended size is 400x400 pixels. Logo appears in shop, invoices, and other places.

Save Changes

Click Save to update your organization profile.

Social Media Settings

Link your social media accounts:
  • Facebook - Facebook page URL
  • Instagram - Instagram profile
  • Twitter/X - Twitter/X handle
  • LinkedIn - LinkedIn page
  • YouTube - YouTube channel
  • Other - Additional social links
Social media links appear on your public profile and shop page.

Billing & Subscription

Viewing Billing Information

Access Billing

Go to SettingsBilling.

View Current Plan

See your current subscription:
  • Plan name and features
  • Billing cycle (monthly/annual)
  • Next billing date
  • Plan limits (members, storage, etc.)

View Billing History

See past invoices and payments:
  • Invoice dates and amounts
  • Payment status
  • Download invoices
  • View transaction details

Managing Subscription

Upgrade to a higher tier:
  1. Go to BillingPlans
  2. Compare available plans
  3. Select upgrade option
  4. Complete payment
  5. Plan upgrades immediately
Upgrading gives you immediate access to new features and higher limits.
Downgrade to a lower tier:
  1. Go to BillingPlans
  2. Select lower plan
  3. Confirm downgrade
  4. Changes take effect at next billing cycle
Downgrading may result in loss of features or data. Review what will be affected before downgrading.
Change your payment method:
  1. Go to BillingPayment Methods
  2. Add new payment method
  3. Set as default
  4. Remove old method (optional)
Cancel your subscription:
  1. Go to BillingSubscription
  2. Click Cancel Subscription
  3. Confirm cancellation
  4. Access continues until end of billing period
Cancelled subscriptions lose access at the end of the billing period. Export important data before cancelling.

Module Activation

Available Modules

Enable or disable add-on modules:
  • Flight School Add-on - Training management features
  • Skydiving Add-on - Skydiving-specific features
  • Storage+ - Enhanced storage capabilities

Activating Modules

Access Module Settings

Go to SettingsGeneralModule Activation (or main Settings page).

Review Available Modules

See which modules are available:
  • Module name and description
  • Features included
  • Current status (active/inactive)
  • Subscription requirements (if any)

Activate Module

Toggle module to activate:
  1. Click toggle switch
  2. Confirm activation
  3. Module features become available
  4. May require subscription upgrade
Some modules require a subscription upgrade. You’ll be prompted to upgrade if needed.

Deactivate Module

To disable a module:
  1. Toggle switch off
  2. Confirm deactivation
  3. Module features become unavailable
  4. Data is preserved but hidden

API Keys

Generating API Keys

Access API Keys

Go to SettingsAPI Keys.

Create New Key

Generate a new API key:
  1. Click Generate API Key
  2. Enter key name/description
  3. Set permissions (read, write, admin)
  4. Generate key
  5. Copy key immediately (shown only once)
API keys provide access to your organization’s data. Keep them secure and never share publicly. Store them securely.

Manage Keys

View and manage existing keys:
  • See all active keys
  • View key permissions
  • Revoke keys when needed
  • See last usage date

API Key Security

Best practices:
  • Use descriptive names - Name keys by purpose
  • Limit permissions - Only grant necessary permissions
  • Rotate regularly - Generate new keys periodically
  • Revoke unused keys - Remove keys no longer needed
  • Never commit keys - Don’t put keys in code repositories

Access Branding

Go to SettingsBranding.

Upload Assets

Add branding elements:
  • Logo - Main organization logo
  • Icon - Favicon/small icon
  • Prefer Icon Over Logo - Use icon when space is limited

Colors appear in shop, invoices, and other branded areas.
